H.I.T Training on Cycle.......

WinnyPumps

Do any of you guys train similar to how Yates did?? I've been following his workout for about two months now except I throw in 4-5 light pump sets with short rest at the end of a bodypart. I think I'm gonna be sticking to the ''Blood & Guts'' Routine for a while. I can't tell if it's just the juice getting me jacked or if this routine is the shit! I do feel like I used to overtrain all the time so this is why I like this. Up 15 pounds in two months! I was gaining some weight before I started my cycle, lol. Currently in week 6 of Test C/Var.

What are your opinions? How many have experienced great gains?

What up bro I recently jus started HIT traning I am Loving it!! Im not overtraining but im killing my muscles with jus one high intensity set. im growing like a weed bro and i havnt even started my cycle either i expect great gains

I love H.I.T. training. I'm currently being trained by needto doing a split program which is working fantastic for me. But, I mix in sets to failure, H.I.T.-style.

HIT is the only way I train.

Dorian is KING! I'm on his early two-way split right now and making great gains. The only thing for me is I don't have a training partner so if I feel I can't go all out on a set due to safety reasons I will do two sets.

It's funny but I read an article saying how taxing on the CNS (central nervous system) HIT is and to stay away from it on cycle since you will want to do tonnes of volume. I just didn't buy it and I'm glad. HIT on or off cycle is giving me great gains.

centeroiler could you give us a layout of your split/exercises or is that stuff private??

could any of you guys give me an example of your guys split/exercises?

How many exercises do you perform for each bodypart? it seems like to much for just one workout

2 or 3.

Workout 1
Bench Press (alternate with Incline Press every second workout): 1 warmup + 2 working sets
Wide Dips: 2 working sets
Flyes: 1 working set
Chinup (alternate with lat pulldown every second workout): 1 warmup + 2 working sets
Bent-over Row: 2 working sets
Pullover Machine: 1 working set
Overhead Press: 2 working sets
Lateral Raises: 1 working set
Shrugs: 1 warmup + 2 working sets
Crunches: 1 working set
Reverse Crunches: 1 working set

Workout 2
Squats (alternate with Leg Press every second workout): 1 warmup + 2 working sets
Hack Squats: 2 working sets
Leg Extensions: 1 working set
Stiff-Legged Deadlifts: 1 warmup + 2 working sets
Leg Curls: 1 working set
Calf Raise: 1 warmup + 2 working sets
Barbell Curl: 1 warmup + 1 working set
Biceps Machine: 1 working set
Triceps Extension with Dumbell: 1 warmup + 1 working set
Tricpes Pushdown: 1 working set
Wrist Curl: 1 working set

Maybe next year I'll do a three-way split. It'll be a while before I do his famous four-way split.

Yea that does seem like too much.. And how much sets / Reps are you doing? Is this like the Maximum RM ? Where you take your Max weight and do 80% of that ?
