Hi all,

Posted before about my gyno concerns. I'm on 600mg test e per week, not running any ai's week 6. Ive got a slight lump under my left nipple, no pain or sensitivity at all even when I touch it. Should I be worried? I've got nolva and adex on hand.

same happened to me I had a small lump no pain or itch.. It got worse and I started nolva letro
So I would start the nolva

20mg nolva every day. Will the swelling go down? I'm guessing the lump is my swollen gland, will nolva make this go back down or will I have to wait till the end of my cycle? I was under the impression that nolva stops the fatty deposits sticking to my nipples but my glands will stay swollen till my estrogen levels drop.

If it was me I would lower the dose of test and start the nolva until I had it undercontrol.

With 600mg of TEST per wk you should have aleady been running an AI
from day 1.
