Is it possible to get gyno without noticing? Ive heard from peeps that it hurts and it gets really itchy. The most I've noticed is a small itch.

Pointed,puffy nips and a lump is what you want to look out for, mine get itchy but not on the nips but right below it,esp my left one,but no signs of gyno i contribute it to growing and the skin stretches.
