Here is what my buddy is doing. Not sure what to tell him as I have never used proviron or that much test. What do you guys think.

He is getting a lump under his left nip. How to fix?

deca 500mgs ew
test e 750mgs ew
25mgs proviron ed
1mg arimidex ed

*I always thought adex was to be used eod in order to keep some estrogen so you can keep building muscle.

What would you guys recomend?

AIFM, or if he doesnt wanna take any chance at all.. letro and something for the progestin.. i'd recommend he drops the deca altogether, not worth it if he's already getting gyno.

1.25mgs letrozole ED for 2 weeks, if he doesn't like the results bump the letrozole up to 2.5mgs ED

yes.

All the aromatase inhibitors can (can does not mean will) reverse gyno, though arimidex is the least effective and its suppression profile is not ideal (its a strong suppressor of estrone-weak estrogen- but only a moderate suppressor of estradiol-strong estrogen-.)

Aromasin and AIFM are both good choices for general use. If you need high level suppression letrozole.

I am going to tell him to get AIFM.

in the mean time. tell him to increase his arimidex dose to 3mg ED. lower or drop the nandrolone. increase proviron to 50-100mg.

as far as cabergoline- reccomend Cabaser
he also might want to get bromocriptine instead- reccomend parlodel

as a note- letrozole is also a good option (at least for treatment)- though if he goes that route reccomend a taper with aromasin or AIFM.

Thanks macro.. buddy of mine can you believe it, got gyno 8 months after the last time he touched gear 4 yrs ago... how can that be? stop working out and use of gear off/on 2yrs..then 3 yrs 8 months later get gyno...

changes in the endocrine system from use coupled with age and other factors. use of recreational drugs and many pharmaceuticals that agonize an already existing issue. fat gain (fat is a big producer of aromatase)

thanks macro.. i'll recommend letrozole, aifm/aromasin to him...if doesn't work then surgery will be the last resort

prolactin may also be an issue, low dose use of dopaminergics could be very beneficial. prolactin is sometimes the "forgotten" gyno hormone. like estrogen, small amounts of prolactin are good, high amounts are bad both with respect to gyno and testosterone production
