hey- am on a 12 week cycle- 500 test e and 450 EQ- noticed after a couple of weeks- now mind u i worked out hard the day before- my upper chest and where armpits meet shoulders was tight and very sore even to touch- i figured it was just the burn from workin them hard- but now i am wondering if it was the start of gyno? now i have no lumps- no puffy nips but chest from the side is definitely bigger but i am surprised that Fast- can someone tell me if it affects upper chest area like i am explaining- i wanna catch it before it starts- or could someone tell me what to look for IF it starts?
