From some of the post on this board that seems to be happening a lot lately. You can try nolva at 40 to 60mg per day for several months (3). This seems to clear it up for some. I have the same small lump under my left nip, also not visable..though its not sore either. I ran nolva for a month or so at 60 tapering to 40 which reduced it greatly. Some will suggest that once you have a lump surgery is the only option, but i have seen more than a few on here clear it up with the nolva. The key is to catch it in time (soon after it develops).
