after about 4-5 months after a cycle i noticed my nips gettin a little sore i had quit takin arimidex and was on nothing. just recently i found a small knot in my left nip. my nip used to be really small but now is bigger b/c of the knot and a little sore at times .(So my question is can i take arimidex while not on anything to get rid of the small knot or will it hurt me?)

I would suggest taking Nolva right away.
Then run some liquidex along with Yohimburn on the chest. That might help with making the lump smaller but it wont completely remove it bro.

canuck4 could the knot get bigger if i don't do anything about it and could i take the arimidex cause it's all i have right now

Im affraid it could get worst bro.
My friend had to get his gyno removed a few months ago. Not a good experience.
Take what you have now.
Arimidex will keep any more estrogen from forming. It wont do anything for this existing case.
Thats why you need to pick up some Nolva if you can.
