It doesn't hurt to be safe though. I would finish the cycle, and include some Nolvadex.

Bro, I finished my cycle with two huge quarter sized inch deep gynos under each nip, I thought the Knife was the only answer. I loaded up on Nolva at 60mg ED for about 2 weeks. At that point, it was completely gone, no joke

dbol makes a lot of people's nips sensitive.

no need for 100mg, that is unnecessary.
take 20 mg. 3 times/day ~every 6-7 hours (so a total of 60mg/day).
when the pain goes away and the lumps begin to get smaller (maybe a couple weeks) you can go down to 40mg/day total (20mg twice a day).
continue this through your pct.
I even recommend staying on 20 to 40mg/daily for 4-6 weeks after that.
In the future, I recommend that possibly as little as 10mg/day of nolvadex during a cycle can keep gyno away.

If I had large lumps the nolv wasn't touching....I'd stop and go into PCT.

I started Nolva dec 17, doing 75mg/ED.
after 8 days, the tiny lumps under each nip are reduced, already getting a bit smaller. (and feels like the lumps have been pushed more forward and is now RIGHT UNDER the nip.) continuing @ 75mg/ED until dec 31, and then going to do dosages @ 50mg/ED for a couple of more weeks.
