Gyno Surgery Soon!

I'm getting my Gyno surgery in less than a month! I can't wait for my Plastic surgeon to give me "happy air" so I can sleep freely while he tunes up old man boobs. I'll keep y'all updated!

Good luck to you, buddy. I'm having mine done next week and am nervous as hell about it. Keep us posted on the results.

Yes, the doctor is going to perform Ultrasonic, but will excise as needed when he goes in and takes a look-see.

What is ultrasonic? I never hard of that.
I had the surgery twice and need it again. :(
It just won't go the f$%%k away.

Ultrasonic assisted lipo just uses ultrasonic sound waves to help break up the fat and gland to more easily lipo everything out. What 2 procedures did you have done? Why do you need it again?

I basically had the same procedure done twice. But by two different surgeons. The extracted the glandular tissue which was the lump that I could feel under my nipple. They cut around the areola and cut it out and sewed me back up. The second guy seemed very thorough.

I can get them to disappear almost completely but that means using a lot of Femara and then I can't seem to grow. Towards the end of a heavy cycle is when they start to get a bit puffy and soft like and then I can feel tingling, itchiness and the lumps coming back.

I saw a photo of Dr. Bermant extracting all the tissue out of a guy. It wasn't just the lump but the entire tissue that was the breast like tissue that took up about a 5" circumference under the nipple. I feel that this is what I need done.
I feel like these past two guys are just "trimming the hedges" so to speak and I need to take out the entire root ball to eradicate it once and for all.

As long as I take Arimidex (which I do at .5mg daily) I can keep it under control and visually you can't really tell (until the end of my cycle) but I'm tired of it. I've already spent a lot of fuc&#&ing money to take care of this and it's not working.

I take Tomaxafin so long as I'm not using GH but I also read that even if you don't use GH that you hinder your gains a bit so I try to only use Arimidex and or Femara.

Any suggestions?

So you tried Femara to get rid of your gyno, but then it came back when you stopped?

Did you have the gland completely removed??

If I don't keep using Femara it will come back. I read that using Femara will hurt gains too much so I try to use it as little as possible.

I can't say that I had the gland completely removed. Just the actual "lump" right under the nipple. When I saw a photo of Dr. Bermant's procedure they took out all this other tissue that wasn't lump like but what looked like tissue that seemed to spread about 3 or 4 inches away from the nipple but underneath it of course. I think I need to get all that tissue removed to have it no longer be a problem.

Luckily, as you can see from my avatar, however small it is, that I don't have a visual problem with it. I just have to also keep my bodyfat somewhat low with my cardio/fat burning.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it will always come back if you dont have the gland removed. It makes no sense to get only the lump taken out..I specifically told my plastic surgeon what I wanted, and he said no problem. He also recommended I get the gland completely removed too.. Best thing I ever did.. Plus insurance covered it, so that was added bonus.. Only thing that can come back is fatty tissue, which has to be lipo out..

I may have it done again, but for now visually I don't have a problem. So Italian, what surgeon did you use and where is he? If you don't mind PM with the info. I assume you're happy and no major scarring or craters in your chest?

Sorry about the Delay. I had my surgery bumped up to the 13th of December due to work. I talked to the nurse today about how to prepare, and how i'll be after. It doesn't sound like anything that serious. considering they gave me "horse pill" pain relievers! Anyways, i'll get back to posting update. I'm getting nervous as all hell!

No major scaring whatsoever. He cut both nipples, and took out both glands..Plus he gave me free lipo. lol.. Its after surgery is whats important. I had to wear this like compression vest(man bra) for almost 1 month. Plus I had to be wrapped up. Thank god my girl took care of me. Its literally impossible to wrap yourself right. I did have a minor issue, the swelling on my right side was taking longer than normal to go down. He said it had something to do with being right handed, and me favoring my right side for everything..

My plastic surgeon was actually recommended to me by an out of state doctor I was seeing. I think they must throw each other business or something.. Let me dig up his phone number for you.. He is about 60years old, funny, funny, guy.. My girl wants to see him now to get her boobs redone..
