Gynecomastia surgery does not prevent regrowth of gland or breast size increase from weight gain.
Secondary gynecomastia chest sculpture can sometimes help. It depends on the original problem, what was done, and how the patient healed. Good primary surgery and prevention are often better choices than relying on secondary sculpture.
Sometimes a
crater deformity can be so extensive, that I know of no reasonable reconstructive options that would look good at rest and on animation. At other times there are enough adjacent tissues for a chest sculpture. Such issues are best explored during an in office evaluation with a doctor skilled in revision gynecomastia surgery.
