Gyno surgery gone wrong!??I think?

So, I'm a 19 year old male and I just recently had gyno surgery in june,which the insurance covered the whole procedure.I was so freakin excited to get this damn surgery because I've been waiting my whole life to get thise done......now it's three months later and there is ABSOLUTLY NO DIFFERENCE in the shape and size under my chest,the only thing thats differnt is the the stuff underneath my chest is alot harder than before.The doc said it could take a year to get to the size it's suppossed to be but as of now I'm not too confident in what he said.Does anybody know what may be wrong?

Was it glandular excision combined with Liposuctioning?
I have done my gyne surgery ealry Feb, so I think I could qulify to throw my opinions here. If you can't see the difference after 3months, You must ask Doc for a Revision.

I would see another doctor and get a 2nd opinion.

Did you wear a compression vest during your recovery? If not, it may take longer for the swelling to go down. Even if you go see another doc, he will probably tell you to wait for at least another 3 months to make a more accurate assessment. I had the surgery done and from what I remember, most of the swelling had gone down after 3 months.

you should pm dr. blau, he is an amazing surgeon. This is his specialty, get a 2nd opinion

Dude, that sux. Happened to me too, at that age. Wish I had good news. The lumps did go down a lot after 9-12 months. Puffiness stayed. Little noticeable difference.

I used compression for 6 months afterward, just to be sure. Took off only for bathing/sex. No help.

Building pecs under them only made bigger.

So 15 years later, I've had enough. I am going to burn them off with gear.

Hello Richard,
I've had the gynecomastia correction a month ago and i seem to have the same trouble.....the size has gone down visibly, but the stuff underneath has gone very hard, and its protruding, still giving it all a breast like appearance.
Doctor says it'll go in 3 months time, but i have my doubts and anxiety.
Please tell me wether your condition improved. If yes, then to what extent and how long did it take ?
