Here we go:
-Had very very minor gyno under right nipple (no real lump and no pain)
-I took bold 200 followed by PCT, and then Havoc followed by PCT
-Everything was fine for about 6 month post PH use. Then all of a sudden right growth under nipple starts to develop and continually get more painful.
-Problem persisted for a year and I didnt take anything but creatine and EC Stacks (literally thats it)
Cutting to the chase:
-Had gyno surgery done on the 29th.
-lipo and gland excission (very minor removal on the left side, which i didnt even know i had. Somewhat decent size removal on the right side)
-Compression vest with drains for 5 days (no shower at all and sleep up right. Drain tubes every 3 hours 5 days street to prevent clogging and encourage correct healing)
-Day 5 Doctor says everything looks awesome. Removes drains and takes out sutures. No real swelling and no bruising at all. Drains made a huge difference.
-Doctor then says were the compression vest for another week and you can take it off.
HERE IS THE PROBLEM:
-I wore the vest only 1/2 day on the 6th and 7th day. I was stupid and referred to website direction from other surgeons stating that 5 days after drains removed is sufficient. I then saw some people on here saying that they were required to wear the vest for 3 weeks? I called my surgeon and he was out of office. His secretary called and talked to him and relayed the message to me that i needed to wear it for 7 full days after the initial 5. So i basically cut it 2 days short....but will be wearing the vest for 3 additionaly days to make up for it.
Did i do any significant damage? People on here have been saying that the Vest makes a huge difference with the shape of your chest when healing. However, right now my chest looks awesome and im hoping if i keep the vest on longer it will maintain its current form.
I sincerely apologize for the horrible first post. I have a feeling i am overreacting. Though my procedure was minor compared to most, the gyno drove me insane and i dont want to mess this up.
Thanks for input!
