Gyno re-occuring after surgery?

sparetire

New member
This question is directed mainly towards those who have had the famous gyno surgery who just had the gyno cut out with nothing done to the gland to prevent future gyno from occurring.

My question here is has your gyno re-occurred since your surgery? Have you noticed anything negative? Puffiness, lumps?

My surgeon told me that he wouldn't remove the gland, but I didn't get into details whether or not he would petrify the gland or crush it. But he is planning on lipo'ing my chest and removing the lumps (mainly my right side), and I'm concerned about doing any future cycles that might cause it to flare up again. Of course, i WON'T use the steroid that caused it in the first place (tren) and stick to ones that I know work, but as the surgery date grows near (a few more weeks), I am starting to question whether or not it's worth running another cycle and chancing future gyno? I just finished a cycle and even though I have gyno, the steroids that I was just on, did nothing in terms of causing my current gyno to grow. All inputs are welcome! and of course, k is generously given! hehe..

tnx

I do know that lipo will not work on gyno. I had this happen to me where the surgeon thought he could remove the lumps through liposuction. Of crouse he could not remove the attached lumps and i had to go in for a second surgery to actually get the gyno cut out.

How do you know it was tren that caused gyno? Were you stacking it with test or dball or adrol?

I was running test and then when I introduced tren ace 100 into the cycle, a day later i started feeling something, thought it was nothing, and the second day, it was game on with gyno. I have ran test about 3-4 cycles, but as soon as I tried tren, gyno came on, and came on hardcore! ;p

he said that he would go in there and actually lip the chest first, then cut the gyno out. He originally thought that I wanted the thick layer of fat covering my chest to be lipod, until i pointed out the gyno lumps and he said, "uh..yeah, those I have to cut out.." hehe..I knew he'd see it my way! lol..

no had it from puberty.

came back even before gear usage.

something with my putuitary enlarged and giving out extra prolactin.

Guess im cursed with it.

I had the op only on my right nipple, scaring in very minimal as I was cut around the nipple just like some of the new type of boob jobs hardly noticeable. I needed lipo reconstruction to even the indentation out.

Problems with op even now 9 years later:-

Right peck slightly uneven still have a slight indentation - this does bother me :worried:
Nipple still fells a little numb
Right Nipple slightly darker than the left one

I had a very good doctor called DR England at the QE in Birmingham England who specialises is breast cancer. However I wish I had know MR.X back then, as I would have followed his advice and only had the op as a very last resort.

I have run cycles since with no problem, I now use some Arimidex and Nolvadex and I am fine. “I hope I’m not tempting fait.

I developed a slight case of gyno under both nips (more so under right one). could feel hard lumps and if I leaned forward a certian way you could see them sticking out a bit. not really that noticable to the naked eye, but I really noticed it! I am currently running femara 2.5mg/day and 40mg / day of Nolvedex been doing this approx 10 days and I shit you not, the gyno is completely gone from left nip and almost completly gone from right one!

not exactly sure which drug I got it from I think it was from a really heavy sustanon and tren cycle (dosages were really high - higher than they needed to be). guess I paid the price.

so are you saying it came back after surgery or are you saying u just got it from your cycle and you never had surgery? (I'm mainly interested in after surgery cycles in which gyno still occurred) It is interesting that you got gyno the same way test/tren. I was on 400 test le and tren and wah-lah..soon as I introduced the tren, the most horrible pain ever. I did try the femara / nolva combo and it didn't do anything for me except shut me down. I was on it for over 10 weeks and I finally threw in the towel and decided to do this surgery. Hopefully the results will be better for me :)

I have never heard of gyno reoccuring if you have the gland removed. I have had the surgery to remove the gland and even got lipo to remove the fatty tissue as well. Mine has not reoccured, and you cant even tell I had the surgery. I was cut right below both nipples.(2 stitches each)

Why your surgeon didnt remove the gland is beyond me. I mean, this is your body and you have the right to make changes to it. I would be pissed. I asked my doctor if it would return, and he said no. But, if you start to get fat, the fatty tissue could build up again, and it could cause your nipples to be puffy looking again..

There is a breast cancer act that passed in 1998 I believe, (ill have to check to be 100% sure) but most cases the surgery should be covered under insurance. I think it also had to do with how the doctor worded his diagnosis of me to my insurance company. $5k operation for free.. :) I was very pleased with him. He was referred to him from another doctor..

Hey bro,
I was going to have the surgery but couldnt afford it. I just started letro 4 days ago and already my lumps are half the size they were and getting smaller by the day. Id suggest you give the letro a try just to see if you can get rid of the gyno without having to have the surgery. Also, I have heard of gyno coming back after the surgery, not granted, these are cases where the surgeon didnt completely remove the whole gland. Its very important to do allot of research on the surgeon who will be performing the procedure on you to make sure he knows what he's doing. Its very easy for a surgeon to not fully remove the whole gland if they are not experienced in this procedure. Good luck with everything, but seriously, try the letro first.
