im starting to feel some pain in my left nipple area and some puffiness. ive never experienced it before but ive got plenty of nolva on hand. what amount should i take for this to subside and for how long. ive still got 2 weeks of test shots left. k for replies. thanks guys.

Start popping the nolva. You'll probably have to take it from now until all the way through pct. See if 20mg makes the pain go away, if not bump it to 40.

as suggested, id start with 20mgs a day for 2 weeks, then every other day for 2 more. If you notice that 20 doesnt seem to be kickin it like it should, bump it up to 40.

That should take care of your symptoms.

You really think all that is necessary? Why wouldn't he start off with a lower dose of 1 compound to see if that does the trick? 20mg of Nolva always took care of the problem for me.

he would get rid of the gyno fast and wouldn't have to worry about cutting his cycle short or increasing dosages if he needed to.

Gyno is not something you can sit on, you have to take care of it right away.
