gyno prevention and pct

hi i'm in week 5 of a 7 week course of sus 250. just wondering what i should do to prevent gyno i have nolva (tamoxifen), and anastrozole.

today my right nips were itchy.

what should i take to prevent gyno.

should i take the nolva to get rid of gyno symptoms until i finish course, eg .25ed. then take anastrozole to prevent rebound?

and how long do i take it. eg i read you take nolvato get the estro from your nips but do i take it until the end of the cycle, or do i continue using until the end of pct. and i have the same question with anastrozole.. or do i take it until the end of the cycle then start again 18 days after last injection.

You should have been taking an AI from the start of the cycle. If your gyno has advanced to a certain point (you might not have even noticed), you will need letrozole to get rid of it. Meanwhile, I suggest you start arimidex asap.

With test i think proviron is best. Doesnt kill your gains, makes them better if anything and works as an AI. Nolva is a cure, AIs help prevent. For you at the moment, use nolva.

don't use nolva during cycle... start the adex (anastrazole)... start at a low daily dosage for up to a week and see if the itchiness goes away...if it does, great, and stay at a low dosage until you're done with the cycle... if it improves only slightly or doesn't improve, bump up the dosage... it doesn't sound like your gyno symptoms are that far advanced that you would need something as strong as letro (just yet)

thanks. i'm just a bit confused about dosages. does .25mg. that is a quarter of a tablet sound right every day. if the symptoms disappear do i stay at that dosage untill the end of the cycle?

then once i've finished the cycle do i stop the .25 for 18 days and then take it again for pct?

or do i take it the whole way through?

each tablet is 0.5mg and is scored in half.... cabaser/dostinex has a long half-life, so you can take each 0.25mg half every 3-4 days... if that doesn't seem to be enough, then try the whole 0.5mg every 3-4 days

i must have a different brand. i got a generic brand from 4rx i think the brand is "anosam" manufactured by samarth life sciences. and the tablets arent scored in half and are 1 mg. i hope they aren't fake but i thought 4rx was a reputable site.
