i am having gyno surgery in a few months......has anybody had this done yet.....and if so how long were you down for....

I had a friend who went through that. All I know is that he had to pay for the whole thing by himself, but ill ask him how long he was down for.....

its guuna run me about a 1000.00.........its a friend of a friend deal though other wise its between 2 and 3 grand

They will tell you minimum 6 weeks. The reality is if you want the best results is to just take it easy for about 3 months no lifting all. The longer you hold of lifting better scared down the nipple area will be to the pec muscle. If its not completely scared down and you lift too heavy or wrong motion the nipple with actually separte from the pec and nipple skin will be loose off the pec instead of nice and tight.

Just be patient

Had a small growth (gyno) removed on a Wed. Trained that Sat (calfs and cadio) Mine was about the size of a finger tip when it was removed and only on 1 side.

Was doing lighter chest w/in a week. Shoulders were tough b/c of the stretch. Back was the toughest. Within about 2 weeks I was A-O-K if I r/ber correctly.

WHAT?!?!?! How bad are we talking... most gyno is present in the breast tissue not the muscle. Mine was cake... 45 minute day surgery and very little down time.

For a guy that's never done any AAS before, but going to in the future, is it possible to never get gyno, even if you use for years(i mean regular cycles with pct and down time after spread out over the course of years) so long as you have proper ancillaries? I know i don't ever want gyno, and having to deal with it and get surgery isn't worth it to me if no matter the precautions I take, it's still possible to get it. So can you use steroids and never get gyno?
