Gyno off cycle? Im so lost

I was running 1000mgs of cyp, with 200 deca, and 50mg of drol, and I got my left nipple a bit puffier. I stopped the drol immediatly hopped on nolva, and got rid of it with some letro. The lumps are gone. It has been 4 weeks since my LAST shot, and there are absolutly no lumps under my nipples at all. I just keep having extremly itchy chest, and sensitive nipples. Why is this happening? I thought I got rid of the gyno already. There are no lumps at all, just sensitive, and mad itchy chest.

Did you follow a complete PCT after your cycle? Sounds like your hormones are out of balance somewhere
right now.

Yes sir, sorry forgot to mention, I did 40 mgs of nolva, and 100 mgs of clomid a day. With a bottle of HCG as well.
