Gyno and Nolva

Let me just make sure I got this. If you see some early signs of gyno your suppose to start taking nolva right away? 20mg/day? Then stop once the gyno diminishes and then use the nolva again for pct? Thanks.

first signs of gyno, Id hit it harder than 20mg/day, 40mg would be better..speaking from experience

I agree with yossarian, 40mgs/day until things start getting back to normal. Then you can back off to 20mgs/day for pct. You don't want that fucking gyno to have any chance of sticking around!

Just curious...what are the symtoms, puffy nipples or itching or both? My nipples are a little larger then normal, but not swollen!

puffy nipples usually = progesterone induced gyno
Lump under nipples usually =estrogen induced gyno
