Now when you get gyno or experiance it after a Cycle im wondering if its been about 7 months since your last cycle do you need to get the gyno cut out or can you start dosing anti e's and if you can use anti e's what would someone go about using. Let me know thanks
i had the surgery on both sides, when i had it i could tell during the cycle when it started. my nipples got tender, and i started taking nolva then the tender went away. like now i push on my nipple and feel nothing, but when i had gyno i could feel a little discomfort from any contact.
to tell you the truth bro i am not an expert, but i dont think you would get gyno months after a cycle like that. theoretically the gyno is caused by the high levels of hormone in your body during the cycle aromatasing and bonding to estrogen receptors ( a rough explanation). months after your cycle it should not be starting because your hormones are getting back to normal. the easiest way to tell if you have it is the hard knot under your nipple, you can not miss it if it is there! body fat type gyno is more diet than gyno
what i mean by discomfort is hard to define, kinda like a little sliver in your finger, you know it is there but it really dont hurt. what i mean by gyno from diet is people that are overweight sometimes get a little man boob look that really aint gyno. my understanding is actual gyno is the hard tissue under the nipple. if my chest is just feeling soft i lower my fat intake and cut up. diet does not make gyno lumps go away
