Gyno and getting rid of it...Help with this..

Now when you get gyno or experiance it after a Cycle im wondering if its been about 7 months since your last cycle do you need to get the gyno cut out or can you start dosing anti e's and if you can use anti e's what would someone go about using. Let me know thanks

Chances are that it is fat and you just need to lose body fat. A lot of people thing that they have gyno when in fact it is just because their body fat is high. Diet and excercise should get rid of that for you.

if you got gyno you should know it. do you have a hard lump under your nipple that is tender?
