gyno advice please help

i just finished a cycle of tren xtreme and was advised by a friend that an anti-estrogen cycle was not necessary. shortly after i started developing gyno, im new to this and was not sure what it was. once i realized it i obtained an anti-estrogen(estro xtreme which is formastene). im using it 3 times a day but havent noticed a decrease in breast tissue. is there anything i can do to stop this???

This issue has been addressed fairly thoroughly in the last couple of days. Look back a few pages. If formastene is not getting rid of your lumps, it is not estrogen-induced gyno and is more likely to be progesterone-induced gyno. No SERM or Anti-E will help here. You might try Winny 50 mg QD. Stanozolol has some progesterone-receptor blocking properties.

I do not know where to find winstrol. the formastene im taking claims to reduce progesterone as well as estrogen so i dont see how progesterone could still be causing my problem. also, i have stopped using any steroid, so my other question is now that im off the roids, will the gyno(nipple firmness/puffy) go away eventually or is it permanent?
