Remember this.
Most people who try to get into fights usually have nothing to lose. Case in point your little counter boy, he is a minor with no assets, nothing of value and no repercussions because of his minor status. You on the other hand have things to lose.
Equally important is the fact that there comes times in a mans life that he has to engage in laying some smack down. Regret is a terrible thing, if your going to regret not doing something about this situation and losing self respect in the process then I say you have a decision to make.
All reasonable intelligent men use their minds first and their hands second. Outwit him or beat him down. But do it fast.

Bro, I'm not a chic.
I was going to launch into a bunch of explitives on how your a moron but I decided you allready did that.
I also have some knowledge of the law as well as a lot to lose if someone won a suit against me. Therefore I would recomend to anyone they remember this before they "start" a fight.
Not to mention that your probably 16 and do not have a clue what I am talking about. ok? you go do your homework and unpack the dishwasher...

No problem bro. It has thrown others off unfortunately.
I'm sure that at least 99% here on this board hate people who sue you when your beat their ass.
I know of a few cases where a guy starts a fight, gets his ass beat and then gets sued by the guy who gave him the beating....now that's funny.
