TANNING BED. Quick easy money, less hassle then day care. Plus u do not need to hire anyone new, just add it to the front desks duties. Very easy to maintain. Goldmine is the lotions too. Make sure u have someone get the degree though. They can throw a big fine at u if u don't. Trust me I got fined at my gym 3 times before i sent a chick to get the special degree. Cheap just did not think I needed it. Good luck

BB is right on. Tanning beds. A few tall office partitions and you could pop at least 3 beds in there. They actually do make money if you have some traffic.

Have you considered a beer bar? Think about it. Right now you gym is full of healthy people who work out. What are you missing? You're missing the fat slobs who just want to sit on their asses all day and watch the girls in thongs do the stairmaster while they drink beer.

You would probably double your gym membership with this idea... as well as sell a lot of beer.
