Gym progress

lost 11kg so far down from 110kg to 99kg :)

Cleaned up my diet
Doing cardio 3 times a week in the moring
Taking ripped fast 2 :)

Im dont really under stand

I can bench 40 kg (dont laugh)
I can squat 50 kg (dont laugh(
I can leg press 120 kg (weird compared to the rest)
The reson they so low is because i have been doing circuit and started doing bench presses squats dead lifts only about 4 days ago

Gonna start a dnp cycle at 400 mg a day in about 2 weeks time

Im 17 about 5.8

my opinion: work out with the free weights for 2 more years on a High protein/calorie diet. At 17 your body is still developing. Talk to a couple of the mods about this.
