Been using GW for 2 weeks now, I've not been able to lift weights due to suspected tendinitis in my left forearm so been concentrating on cardio-running on the treadmill. Not run for months and months and the first time week before last I managed 22 mins which I thought wasn't bad considering I'd not run for so long. I upped it to 32 minutes last week and today managed 60 minutes!! I would have run longer but the damn treadmill is only set to 60 minutes max. I ran 9k which I was pretty pleased with.
It's been a few hours since my run and my legs aren't aching one bit!!
I've not noticed any fat loss as such but I believe that can happen in the 2nd month. Just wanted to share my experience so far
