GW + stimulants

I use gw with EC and no issues. I'm in my mid 40's as well and my resting heart rate is in the low 50's. I don't go quite as hard as you but do 30 min cardio per day at about 170bpm'ish. I'm not dead yet :)

Actually I'm in pretty decent cardio shape and haven't noticed that the GW actually helps me that way much. What it does do though is make recovery quicker. I normally recover pretty quick but with GW its insanely fast.

Fingers crossed I'll be in good of shape as you guys are in my 40's, that's awesome though maybe I'll look into this stuff, I definitely neglect my cardio more than anything else.

Thanks Maxx, glad to hear about the added benefit of recovery. I initially was interested in it for its fat burning capabilities but since I do hill sprints my legs will appreciate the recovery help...

Just an update, been taking the GW for almost 2 weeks(20 mgs split). Did my weekly extreme cardio session yesterday where I'll hit my max heart rate(195 BPM) three times during a 5 mile run consisting of brutal long and steep hills. This usually takes me 58 minutes, yesterday did it in 52 minutes and my peek heart rate only hit 192 bpm and still had plenty of gas left so the GW definitely improves cardio endurance. I haven't noticed any fat loss yet but I haven't dialed in my diet yet either(still enjoying the dark heavy winter beers, hard habit to break. I'll start tweaking the diet this week and update if anything significant occurs...

thats a very substantial increase in run time bro... are you running the CARDARINE version from sarms1?

gw and stim are fine! they hit via differnt pathways.I find the combo gives me even more energy for cardio.
