Picked this up to do a run with, I'm 216 lbs 18% bf (shut up it's the end of winter) i'm 5'9" 51 yrs old.. no cycle since last year

I wanted to keep my diet a little cleaner but not make any changes so that the effects would be noteable for week 1 or not..

The interest is not for fat loss, but for improved cholesterol and specifically increased cardio capability and increased endurance.

100-150g carbs per day mostly from vegetables and some processed carbs but very few
200g protein per day from food, no protein shakes..
5-10g fats

Played volleyball last night, and we took the division, but im usually winded to the point where it takes that extra second to recover before the next point.. after week 1 I find my recovery much quicker, and no feeling of exhaustion after 3 games 26-24, 25-22, and 25-21, so they were pretty heated and close games, all in 45 minutes..

I'm down in weight today 4 lbs and i went out drinking post game last night..

Starting today i'm switching over to the Paleo diet, and IF (intermittent fasting) eating style which I have not done in the past, and since we are all about experimenting and we all know none of us do anything in moderation i figure it should happen..

I know that at 203 I'm at 10% bf normally, this past week i did 2 sessions of moderate cardio and 2 sessions of all over resistance training. .

I intend to continue the GW-501516 5mg am and 5mg pre workout, this 1st week i only ran it 5mg am and 5mg pre workout on workout days..

So there ya go..
 
I'm also adding a heart monitor starting today so that i can more effectively evaluate my heart rate during training, i used to do this all the time, 164 is my max during my heaviest lifting, today during cardio I was at a steady 116 which is 65% effort..
 
great work bro... you know whats so great about your progress?? your really not even dosing at optimal levels for gw and still making that much progress... in actuality, the sweet spot dosage is 20 mg a day, 10 mg splits... the cost effective way is 10 mg a day... i know it can get pricey, but if you are able, at some point, i recommend bumping to 20... keep hittin it hard!
 
thanks, I'm attempting to do the lowest dosage that will bring results, the improved endurance is what most interests me..

oh and the penis growth effects that studies have shown it to have..
 
as promised, i did low intensity cardio on the tread mill with a heart monitor (since i know exactly where i should be) on a treadmill, incline 4, rate of travel 3.4 my heart rate is normally 110 which is where it should be to give me 65% intensity..

Today my hrt was 95 consistently.. even when i did high intensity for the 1st 10 minutes.. then changed to the treadmill.. i was consistently at 95 (not during the high intensity, just the treadmill..)

So thus far i am most impressed with this product..
 
great info here man... the endurance properties that gw contains truly show why they were so worried about endurance athletes using it! =) the impact it has it amazing and it tends to show very quickly... thanks for the updates... keep them comin!
