Guys read this about Green Tea, its absolutely incredible!

I just posted this thread in Diet Discussion board cause we were talking about the benefits of green tea just a few days ago. Well I was looking around and found an article on Green tea, and I was very surprised at the potential green tea has on just about every physiological functioning of the body. Its very interesting and I think it would be a great supplement for us to take for protective and preventative measures.

Its a pretty long article unfortunately, but I liked the whole thing!

Green Tea is very good for the body. A French lab test shows that a amout of Green Tea(PharmaGreen) concentrate(!!!) will restrict absorbation and digestion by fat in our food.
But then again, this is Green Thea CONCENTRATE!!

But is sure is good for your body.
 
Green tea was also found to increase your BMR by 4%
all by itself. Compared to only 3% for straight ephedrine.

Also, EC+green tea POLYPHENOLS(the active ingredient
in green tea) was found to be substantially more thermogenic
than EC or ECA.
