My first cycle was sust 250mg/wk for 8 weeks. Gained and kept 22lbs and dropped 1% bady fat, (Very good results). For my second cycle should I do........
sust 500mg/wk for 8 weeks
deca 300mg/wk for 8 weeks
d-bol 20mg/wk for first 4 weeks
or...........
sust 500mg/wk for 8 weeks
deca 300mg/wk for 8 weeks
No d-bol.
I want to keep it as simple as possible with the best results as possible. Health comes first.
questions:
1. Should I wait to use d-bol for future cycles when I really need to stack to make gains?
2. This is kind of a hard question but, how much more weight do you think I would gain if I kept the d-bol in the cycle? Im just curious. Im not counting water weight, i mean lean muscle weight.
