Guys, I need help BAD

Here's what happened:

After work, I drank a creatine shake with sugar and 15g creatine. Then when I got to the gym, i took my last of 4 10mg ** anavar tabs. I warmed up squats with the bar, then 135, then 185 and my legs felt funny. I then proceded to do 275 for 4 reps. My legs were tight after that, I only got through 3 sets of heavy squats and 2 sets of heavy leg presses, and the are super tight. They are tight just sitting here almost like your muscles feel when you wake up the next morn.

Any idea what this is??

by the way I just started my second week of 40mg ** oxandrolone ed.

its because of increased muscle cell volume caused by the creatine. anavar has also been linked to increased creatine synthesis within the body. i would have said that its because of increased blood volume as well as a result from the steroids but u havent been on them long enough and anavar isnt one really one of the better drugs that increase blood volume.
 
Good, very good.

You might want to cut you warm up down a little. Decrease your sets but up the weight and the intensity as much as possible. This way you can get an extremely heavy work out in before your legs get to tight to continue.

ok, here's how a leg workout goes.
Warmup:
bar for 10
135 for 10
185 for six
Working sets:
275 for 4
275 for 2
275 for 2

should I maybe warm up with 2 sets of 135 instead of 135 and 185?
 
I don't do that much.

I hit a little leg ext. and leg curl to get the blood flowing. Then I do maybe one light set. Then it is on the the big stuff. Maybe even just do 1 - 2 working sets of 8, with as much weight as you can handle. Make sure and have a good spotter and puch yourself. This will do as much good as 3-4 working sets.
