hey there!
im new to this website and to posting on forums. Here is my question.
I have run 3 cycles in the past... test P 200mg/EW only and two cycles both consisting of test P 400mg/EW and deca 200mg/EW. I have used PCT at the end of my cycles as advised by these message boards.
I weigh 210 pounds and I stand 5'9." My BF% is quite high at this time... I like looking a bit "beefy" but its gone a bit too far... Now I have taken steps to help me with my goals. I have started to do lots of cardio (elliptical) 4x's/week 40 minutes. I workout weights 3 times a week.. when on a cycle its in the reverse..lift 4 cardio 3/wk also...my eating habbits have dramitcally changed... and soon to be "spot on" I have all my gear ready for my next cycle which i have given myself 2 months from now to start. I want to get the bf% down considerably.
I want to gather advice and welcome any revisions, advice or suggestions from those who know more than i do with my next cycle and whatnot..so here it is... A buddy of mine put this together and it seems like i might be using too many things at once... It looks to me like its a bit much. I thought that you should keep it simple.. like two or three compounds...I have PCT ready also. Here is a picture to give you guys an idea of what i look like......remember im just starting out here.... I want to post my results and update my progress.....thanks in advance!
