i restrict carbs when i'm getting lean. . .so, on my cheat days i'll eat a lot of carbs. . .breakfast will be like eggs, bacon, homefries and toast. . .plus, i'll have a protein shake (mixed with milk instead of water) in the blender with several scoops of ice cream and some hershey's syrup. . .lunch will be a cheesesteak sub, fries and diet mt. dew (regular pop grosses me out at this point). . .dinner will be like a dozen tacos. . .or roast beef or chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, etc. . .or lasagna. . .snack around 8pm will be a "weekender" bag of middleswarth bbq potato chips and several bud lights. . .how's that???
