Ok guys.I have recently lost my job.I lost my gym membership and with all my bills and legal fines (thats a whole nother subject) I can not aford a gym membership even if only 30 buck a month..I need to save up every penny I have for a little while.Now I do have a curl bar and a free weight olympic bench in my basement that I have not used for years.But I just feel like I wont get good results from this I mean I have no choice.But what are some good exercies I can do to keep addng bulk and not get out of shape.I've really been in a rut and have lost about 20 pounds and as soon as i'm getting back into it I loose the gym.Any advice would be great......
