Ill keep this as short as possible and yes i have been doing tons of research since last March. Here are my stats:

5"10
160+ lbs
11% BF
21 yrs old
Lifting for 4 yrs...2 serious!

Background: I am a hardgainer. I've tried a lot of ways to put on mass especally as far as calories are concerned i eat about 7-8 times a day. I am involved in karate, lifting, and i just started running again.

1st cycle overview:

Weeks 1-10 Sos250 (Organon) Redijects
(1 every 4 days)

Weeks 1-4 D-bol (Naps) 20 mgs/ed

Weeks 13-15 Clomid Therapy
Week 13 100 mgs/ed
Week 14 50 mgs/ed
Week 15 50 mgs/ed

Should i add Arimidex at .25 mgs/ed to keep down the water retention?

I will keep nolvadex on hand. I'll have enough for a month just in case of gyno symptoms.

Supplements:

1. ALA (About how much will i need each day for a cycle like this for my bodyweight?)

2. Tyler's Liver Detox (Need dosage???)

3. Cranberry Extract (Need dosage???)

4. Saw Palmetto (Need dosage???)

5. Glycosimine HCL (4 pills/ed)

6. Multivitamin (2 times a day)

Did i miss any supplements that can provide protection for my liver and kidneys? I heard i won't need milk thistle if i use ALA and Tyler's liver detox. Is this true?

Here is my training split:
Day 1 --> Chest/Abs/Neck
Day 2 --> Legs/Calves/Forearms
Day 3 --> Rest
Day 4 --> Delts/Abs/Neck
Day 5 --> Bis/Tris/Calves
Day 6 --> Rest
Day 7 --> Back/Forearms
Day 8 --> Repeat

I will try and consume a minimum of 300 grams of protein each day along with a lot of carbs and moderate fat.

I asked so many Q's i was unsure of in this post. Soe1 has to knw some of the answers? Please help if you can. Thankx ~JT~
 
Cycle looks good. You've done your research in terms on juice that's for sure. Seems you're overly cautious though. It's good you care about your body but all the standard protectants are not even needed for this short cycle. As long as you aren't taking alot of meds along with it and drinking alcohol like crazy you won't need the liver and kidney protectors.

I would take the arimidex too reduce bloat and limit the chance of gyno. You may or may not even get it but you don't want to ever take chances. As for saw palmetto for the dht I will bump this up for everyone else since I don't take this myself.

All in all everything looks good bro. If you are eating like you say, 7-8 times a day and alot of calories with each meal and aren't growing then you may very well be an extreme hardgainer. Then again you do take karate too as well which would limit recovery ability from your training as well as the running which isn't advisable for any hardgainer trying to pack on some serious weight. Thankx for the reply Mike. Im going to get some arimidex and ill cut down the running when the time comes to get hardcore. Anyways im still interested in taking something to help the liver and kidneys. I narrowed it down to Tyler's Liver Detox for the Liver and Cranberry Extract for the Kidneys + Lots of water. Can anybody give me some dosages? Keep in mind im around 160+.
