it looks like nothing on the bar, but its a lot for me.
the whole gym was watching! (keep in mind, i'm the only female that lifts and i'm pale white with long hair and my spotter was like 300lbs of muscle and so black that i doubt he shows up in pictures as anything other than a black blob. i didn't know his name so i called him 'shorty'.)

That's impressive. The only women I've seen lift weight like that were top level amatuer bodybuilder's or serious powerlifters. Great job!

i saw my regular workout partner on my way home when i passed the gym. i pulled up next to him just as his next client was walking up a little early.
so i told him to guess how much i benched yesterday and he said "i don't know... 155?"
the woman he was about to train was like "DANG!!!! i can't even lift the bar!" so i said "oh, he'll have you benching 150 in NO time!" He was laughing- this woman could barely lift her gymbag.
