missyd143 said:thanks again guys. i am sorry for my grammer but i will type more clear. im just always in a rush and never check..my bad@! well i am willing to take ny muscle's diet plan. iBTW i do cardio in the am HIIT or walking on an incline for 30-45 min.. i wieght train every other day in the evening and just finished carbing up w/ ice cream cereal, crakers and bread. i did this for today and think its time to start fresh and hope this will kick start my metabolism just incase it had slowed down. i dont think its a good 500 grams of carbs but it was alot of HI gi carbs ..im saying mabye 300 grams..any help ny muscle w/ diet?
