Thanks, here's a new one from last week.. I think I'm down to at least 12% now because my abs are a lot more visible & I have more vascularity on my arms. I was 218 in the first one, now I'm 210.. strength is pretty much the same apart from bench which has dropped a lot (but dips, squats and deadlifts are still good.. a 190lb dip, 400x 10 squat and a 500 x 10 dl aren't too terrible for an almost zero carb diet )
Down 2" on my waist but and 1/2" on my arms. Hopefully I can get down to a respectable bf% in the next 2 months!
