Hey all.

I read this in muscle & fitness. It's a complete shoulder workout that the article writer who wrote it guarantees it will spurt your delts to the next level, by adding width & thickness to the delts ?

It states you train shoulders 1 day every 7 days.

do the following 3 moves:

OH barbell press
side raise
front raise
delt flys

do 5 sets of 8 reps.

You begin at the start of a new month. And for the 1st. week-

35 lbs.
2nd. week 40 lbs.
3rd. week 45 lbs
4th. & final week 50 lbs.

Keeping the sets & reps the same for the entire 4 weeks.

I am currently following Shadow's plan, and am loving what is happening to my body, but when I read this- I thought is was interesting.

You all know so much more than me, so I was just wondering. Is this guaranteed claim by the article hold any truth ?

Thanks !!!

umm...run

AWAY quickly

Seriously...its the same exercises in my plan...so...try it

Hi! I have a question on the exercises. Maybe its late & i'm tired, but i'm confused on the amount of wt. you lift on this program. 35 lbs. for what exercises? So your doing 4 exercises, not 3 right? I mean, your not doing 35 lbs. for side laterals or front raises??? Could you please clear this up. Thanks! How much wt. are you starting out w/ and progressing up with too?

If you are seeing results and loving what is happening with your body - DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING.

hun daisy did answer you. If what yuor doing is working why change it.

Incorporate the ideas that you foudninteresting at a later date when you reach a plateau

Additionally, she said it is in the currect M&F mag - I didn't understand exactly what she wrote - therefore, cannot comment on the details of the "plan". Check out the mag if you want clarification. :)

But again, if what you are doing is working, keep doing it! Jumping around from one program to the next is not what brings results. :) :) BUT, curiosity about other things is good too, Quite the conundrum......

Um, i never did this workout, that was buffchic. I was just confused when i read the program i didn't understand how much wt. to use for the different exercises, that's all. Like the plan says 35lbs. but not for front raises and side lats? That's where i got confused. Sorry if im not's coming out clearer. :)
