Growth Progression Question

In the past couple of weeks a lot of ppl have been commenting on me getting big and honestly the only real difference seems to be my arms...while over the past couple years I've been adding serious muscle to my legs without any comments at all.

I haven't really changed my workout at all in this timeframe...doing 5x5's and HSTs...

So what I'm wondering is - does your body add muscle to certain areas of your body in a certain progression? Seems like it could make sense since we lose fat in certain areas before others.

Anyone else seen this - or am I crazy??
