has anyone heard about a legit growth hormone pill? I think what im hearing is bogus but still be nice to see i was wrong

its probably being sold as a growth hormone RELEASING pill.

thats the twist they use -- tak about the benefits of hgh, then say this pill will help your body release its own hgh.

there are otc supp's that can help increase endogenous hgh (secretagogues), but they're not as effective as injected hgh.

look into glycine, glutamine, and also to inhibit somatostatin (which would limit endogenous hgh release) look into a-l-carnitine, niacin, n-acetylacystiene
