Anyone have any threads with various opinions on growth? I'd like to do some research but I'm having a hard time finding good threads. I've found some great threads and articles on IGF but not many on growth.

I've been hearing (which we all know is about as useful as a bag of dicks) that 2ius is only good for fat loss and 4ius is where the magic begins for size. If anyone has any articles or threads that deal with dosing that would be great.

In case it's relevant, I'm 24, 8yrs of training, 3 cycles under my belt, ~14-15% bf, 6'1 and 230lbs. I'm planning on competing next season.
 
8-10iu ed if where you need to be for size. I am hear to tell you I am taking 5iu ed and I am not noticing much difference over 2.5 iu ed.

4iu is not a magic mass builder - AAS, Diet and training is. If you are looking for mass - go IGF and AAS.

I agree that diet and AAS will do wonders. If you guys could just see my before and after pics. I've some tiny little cycles and ate like a mad man and it's been a wonderful experience.

With that said, so what's the big deal with growth then? Hell I could save lots of $$ by dieting if 2iu is only going to cut some remaining body fat off of me.
