I am watching my calorie intake. I ate a ground turkey patty for dinner last night that really didn't sit well with me don't know its one of my fav's but needless to say that bad boy came up real quick. So do I count the calorie intake on that? I know dumb dumb question but I am logging everything and I didn't know.

I didn't eat anything the rest of the day which really doesnt matter since it was almost close to 7p.
 
its sort of like purging. some of the calories were probably used but one of those is what, 140 calories? id say scratch it and count it at zero. if your dieting for the long haul it wont matter.

can i hold your hair next time?
