Groceries alone, no supps included I drop at least $100 per week. I am glad that I can eat chicken for a majority of my meanls lol. And eggs, that is my breakfast staple.

I spend $55 a week in food. That covers 6lbs of lean ground beef, 5lbs of chicken, 2lbs of broccolli, 6 sweet potatos, 3 dozen eggs, 1 gallon of milk, drinks, wheat bread and maybe one snack.

Where exactly did you get tuna at 1$ PER lb?? That sounds like its dirt cheap since I pay like that much per 120grams of tuna (1 can ).

$1K for 3 people. I like 93% lean burgers with Italian dressing mix mixed in...with Red Hot and Sauteed' Peppers and Onions...My facvorite meal in the world.

I kill my own protein. 40 pounds of lean ground venison = $45

80 grams of protein per 2 cups of ground. Virtually no fat.

I live in Louisville, and supposedly our water is one of the better ones. I say this because I was just in Indy on Sunday, and the water there is fucking gross. I don't understand how you mess up water, but that shit tastes funny.

I have no idea, ask my wife, but with 4 kids, and all there dog gone friends, and everyone eating something different all the time, and then my diet,

Well God Bless Costco.

I should get a job as Costco.

4 gallons of milk = 12$
6 cans of albacore tuna = 10$
bannana ,oranges, grapes ,apples = 12$
steak prime cuts =@20$
healthy choice dinners 12 at 2for4$ = 24$
chicken breast 2-3$lbs = 12$
cottage cheese 4 5lb tubs 16$
5 gallons of water =5$

thats around 100$ a week in basics now some stuff is bought that last months such as 20lb bags of brown rice , pasta ,beans things of that sort

then comes the whey protien i do 2 scoops of desginer in milk three times a day so thats three jugs a months at 16$ each from vitamin discount center
along with vitamins ,minerals flax seed oil ,cla prob 100$ extra a month in supplements

then when i'm on the go I usually eat out mcdonalds asian salads for 5$ a pop or subway wraps at 5$ a pop a few times a week along with gas station metrx bars and chug milk contianers on the go

so I would say 125$ a week in food from the store easy
proteins vitamins etc 25$ a week
then dinning on the go prob 50$ a week
odd and ends such as a dinner or a nice lucnh with the girl added in brings it to be around 200$ a week in food give or take some

I have had weeks where i was broke in school We would go into golden corral on tuesdays when it was flame broiled chicken night me ad the ex girlfriend would sit for hours she lined her purse with a bag and i would take prob about 20-30 chicken breast and my book bag would have only one book in it but by the time we left it was stuffed with roast beef and veggies.so back then we ate all week for around 15$ or the price of one trip for two to golden corral. those were the days :p after looking at the food list and cost above i'm thinking I might need to go back to golden corral load up and save 750$ a months i mean fuck thats like 9,000$ a year

Cut out the healthy choice dinners and add some chicken and rice.
mlong your right bro the healthy choice dinners are 2$ each and are not cost effective .but i get bored easy and what i do is take a healthy choice dinner such as sweetand sour chicken then add my own chicken breast to it becuase its quick and eazy .

but your right i could shave off 20$ a week that way and save 1000$ a year so i'll drop um for now and just go back to boiling a pot of rice once a week and using tuperware and carring pre packed chicken and rice meals with me.
when i eat clean i do feel so much better and dont hold water.

Thanks for the idea. I tried it last night and it was so good I almost had to have two, but it was bedtime and 20oz of red meat might have been a little much.

I spend about $55-$65 a week. Chicken/frozen broco/nonfat yogurt/lean grnd beef/have venison from hunting season already/sweet potatoes/almonds/salad mix/flax wraps/tuna/36 eggs/brown rice/blackbeans/milk.

fav meal is grilled or baked chicken cut up on top of a bed of brown rice and a can of black beans, covered in salsa and melted non fat cheese. 1/2 cup of yogurt and tall glass of fat free milk. Ud be surprised how much it fills you up and has almost 100 grams of protein in it. :Chef:

I love the exact same thing except I toss in a few eggs as well.. Good stuff!! :)

I sure wish my food bills were only $150. I eat 4lbs of chicken, 1 dozen eggs, 3 cups oats, 2 tubs Cottage cheese, and 1lb of steak plus all the romaine lettuce, broccolli, and asparagus EVERY DAY!!

The chicken is what breaks my bank. I go to BJ's every few days and spend atleast 40-50 dollars on Perdue chicken breasts.

I figure $300-400 every week for just myself. Then another $50 in on amino acid supps, protein, bcca, creatine, and at the AF Store and I don't even want to think of the cost of the 1g of primo and 80mg var with test and eq cost.....

You don't want to know...seriously...

70 bucks per month on protein powder/dextrose/multi/creatine

Food is terribly expensive, I eat only the finest foods...I figure I want to live long...
