When I use a BB, I always move my index finger over the outer ring, a very wide grip. I thought this was best for really hitting the chest. But my bench is lagging, it's not really going anywhere. Should I move my hands in a bit? My spotter today asked me if I was doing a shouler or chest workout, he thought my grip was way too wide. I'm not trying to bench tons, just get a bigger/wider chest. Please advise
