Heres some pics of gregg valentino at 26 years of age i think when he barely used synthol, he looks like shit but not as much as now. Now he really looks like shit, he never looked good, I emailed bodybuilding.com and told them I think its discusting that they consider him a bodybuilder, hes not a bodybuilder. (pics are at the end/bottom of page) ENJOY

Everything is explained ...
"One time, on a decline bench, I dropped five hundred and fifty pounds. It bounced off my chest and rolled on my head. I actually had a huge welt and the whole side of my head was black and blue."

It's bad enough to be stupid after having been dropped on your head as a baby so imagine the damage 550 can do.

Google for it.

Synthol is basically oil which you inject into your muscles to stretch them. Think fluid implants.

That guy is crazy and so full of shit..He claims that he doesen't use/have used synthol for those arms, but that he injected 2000mg os Test Cyp or Enth... he's so fucked up that it's not even funny..Look at him! he must be crazy, right??

Strong & Shapely Gym,

I live 5 minutes from the gym, and have seen Gregg there as well as know the owner Bob from being a member. Bob is cool, always cool to me. Best gym in New Jersey as well.
Back to Gregg,.... I can't remember where I got the pictures from, but Valentino's arms really aren't Synthol. Even with Synthol, or injectable MCT site enhancement oils, he would need a truckload every day to get his arms that size. The frequent multiple injects alone as well as the volume of fluid in his arms would most likely induce infection. Saying it's "Synthol" just stuck because his arms are obviously grossly artificial. He has some sort of surgical "implants" in his arms, like one would get for calves, or breasts. I'm not entirely sure "what kind" of artificial implant he has, but I saw the pics for myself when he had to get one replaced for some reason, and they are some sort of implant. I came across the information about it somewhere long time ago. Everybody always throws out the fact that they think he uses Synthol, and he can say with truth that he does not use,... so actually he isn't lying. As far as any surgery goes.... I have yet to hear of anybody to ask him or claim about sergical implants as of yet. I don't directly know the man, and have no personal reasons to dislike him at all. he is just another guy I see around the gym. This is what I know to be true. Hope it satisfies any "mystique" about the man and his infamous arms.

Oh,.... as for me,.... I try to train for symmetry myself and stick to my gear use. Good ol' Gregg is just a bit to big in the arms for my personal taste, but hey everybody is different. Everybody likes what they like.
