I've been going to Gold's in Mississauga since early June or so and someone told me that Greg Kovacs works out there a lot.

I haven't seen him yet, I've been around both AM and PM, so I was wondering if he's been lying low since the Night of Champions or if I've just missed him completely.

I see Henderson all the time, he seems like cool shit. But damn, they gotta cut that rave/techno music and slap some rock on! I'm trying to work out, not slip into some ecstacy trance.

i out trained him last year...period..nuff said whats been said has been said...i made him tap out...i made him call his self a sucka!!!2 times he said that.."iam a sucka iam a sucka"!!!!got it?!i dont fuck around kid!!! i mean business in the gym...i slaped him in the face 3 times!!and after the second time his shoulder broke the third time his should fell off..thats right kid it fell off!!!!i hada smile on my face cuz i dont fuck around like how i said..then i stunned him!!!!and after i got up the whole gym heard glass break and stone cold music came on!...the lights were going on and off..."AND THATS THE BOTTOM LINE"!!!you know why?!!!CUZ "ULTRAGAINZ" said so!!!......sorry i just got done seeing smackdown i feel pumped up...

Then I came in, helped ultra get him off the ground and I gave him a pedigree on the steel plate in the power rack! Then we began slamming 45 pound plates down his throat until his gut started sticking out. This was the day before he appeared on stage at the N.O.C. and the rest, as they say, is history.
