3. BOWL RICE 2 CHICKEN BREAST HOT SUACE AND SOY OK WITH VEGGIES.

4. REPEAT MEAL 2

5. 10 OZ STEAK WITH STEAMED BROCCILI

6. REPEAT MEAL 2

TAKE OUT ALL YOUR MILK JUST DRINK WATER AT LEAST A GALLON YOU CAN MIX IT WITH CRYSTAL LIGHT FOR FLAVOR.
