Went to the fruit market yesterday and i go up to the checkout with my groceries and i'm in the qeue behind a tree hugger(greenie). Now this chick has all her fruit loose in a big box rather than putting it in the bags supplied. She gets to the counter and starts taking the fruit out piece by piece to get it weighed. Must have taken freaking 10 minutes 'cause she had a shit load of fruit and all the while she's preaching about how people shouldn't use bags....bad for the environment blah blah blah.
Eventually, she gets to pay and she's out. I get my fruit weighed and paid for quickly because i've got bags and i head to my car in the car park. As i'm doing that, i see the tree hugger get into...... you guessed it........a fucking 1970's DIESEL land rover. wtf is that all about. I'm as conscious about the environment as the next person, but that sort of hypocricy is fucking typical of tree huggers.
