green veggies and fiber

ok i have been eating broccoli for some fiber, also i do not count any cals or carbs from this since most is fiber. i have a quesiton though, does this apply to all veggies or just green, leafy veggies. i love green beans, peas would this be the same, if i ate these are they mostly fiber so i wouldnt need to cound the carbs and cals. what about corn, other veggies?

you should count them
fiber or not fiber, there are calories

as for corn: there are more calories, less fiber and a higher GI in corn than in green vegetables => avoid corn
