doesn't come with a scoop......1/4tsp have 103mg EGCG's, I use 1/2tsp 3 times/day

I cap mine. More convenient and the high PP concentration extract tastes nasty. The lower concentration is good stirred into hot water, no need to boil.

JG how bad does the strongest GT taste bc thats the one I just ordered but I didnt buy the stuff to put into pills. It says its too bitter to taste. Whats your opinion

Don't boil it.

I use 1/2tsp 3 times/day...I mix it with a little water in a shaker bottle and down it....taste like shit, but who cares.

I just throw it down the back of my throat and follow it with water...just make sure you don't take a breath in between, the powder goes right up into my nose

I think it's actually clearing my skin on my back and shoulder up....either that or it's the primo.
